Christina brings over 40 years of on the job experience in the multi-family industry. Interaction with employees, owners and industry suppliers have provided her an extensive knowledge of operational detail, skill and performance enhancement. Through years of determining the support services to use for daily management.

During her career she has authored many operations manuals and training programs. Her expertise has also made her proficient in operating policies. She has worked directly with property owners in developing a plan of operating to maximize the return on their investment. The plan of operations has included management plans, marketing plans, staffing plans and capital improvement plans.
Christina holds the designation of Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and her California Real Estate License. She has previously served on the Board of Directors of the Nevada Apartment Association. As a Board Member she held the positions of Education Chairman, Trade Show Chairman, Vice President and President. She maintains her knowledge in the industry through attendance at the National Apartment Association Education Conference, Real World and Apartment Marketing Conference.
